This centerpiece was picked up for all 9 papers in the Los Angeles Newspaper Group chain (LA Daily News, Long Beach Press Telegram, The Daily Breeze, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, Whittier Daily News, Redlands Daily Facts, The San Bernardino Sun, Inland Valley Daily Bulletin). I added the box looking at minority hires in other sports leagues to give the piece some context.
